With over 25 years of insurance industry experience, John joined RiverStone in 2018 and leads the Corporate Legal and Compliance division at RiverStone. John’s career began at the National Association of Insurance Commissioner as Associate Counsel, and a variety of roles with GE Insurance Solutions and Swiss Re. He later returned to the NAIC as Chief Counsel, Regulatory Affairs advising state insurance regulators and NAIC staff on a variety of complex legal, corporate, and regulatory issues. John earned his H.B.A. from Marquette University and J.D. from George Washington University. Originally from the Midwest, John grew up an avid sports fan, especially baseball visiting 27 of 35 major league ballparks and many more minor league stadiums. He can be found researching and writing about baseball history as an ongoing contributor to numerous publications from the Society of American Baseball Research.X

Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer of RiverStone Services
With 20 years of insurance industry experience, Edward leads the RiverStone Services division of claim administration, loss adjusting, and auditing. Edward’s role focuses on organic growth and development of the division’s operations and building client relationships. Edward joined RiverStone in 2019 as part of its acquisition of Rockville Risk Management. Prior to joining RiverStone, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Rockville. Edward is a graduate of the University of Scranton and received his MBA from Molloy University. In his free time, Edward enjoys spending time and traveling with his wife and three children.X

Senior Vice President, Chief Insurance Operations Officer
With over 33 years of insurance experience, Tim leads RiverStone’s Insurance Operations team managing asbestos, pollution and health hazard claims, as well as GL, PC, PL, WC, and assumed reinsurance liabilities. Before joining RiverStone in 2002, Tim held various roles at Continental Insurance Company. Tim earned his BS in Finance from Siena College and has an Associate in Claims Designation (AIC) and Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter Designation (CPCU). In his free time, Tim enjoys watching and playing ice hockey, skiing, and traveling with his family.X

Chief Executive Officer and President
With over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry, Bob oversees RiverStone's operations and leads the Executive team as President. Since joining RiverStone in 1996, Bob has served in numerous executive, leadership and technical roles leading RiverStone’s claims, reinsurance, and litigation functions to resolve some of the organization’s largest claims and coverage disputes. Prior to joining RiverStone, Bob was a claims professional with Travelers Insurance Company, specializing in asbestos, pollution, and health hazard claims. Bob earned his BA in Economics from Bucknell University. In his personal time, he is an avid sports fan, a die-hard NY Giants and NY Yankees supporter, and enjoys deep sea fishing.X

Chief Corporate Operations Officer
With over 30 years of experience in the insurance and reinsurance industries, Debbie is the Chief Corporate Operations Officer and Chief Financial Officer. Debbie joined RiverStone in 2015 as CFO and broadened her role to oversee the Finance, Legal, Risk/Internal Audit, and Technology functions. Before joining RiverStone, she held several leadership roles with OdysseyRe’s Canadian Branch and served as CFO and VP of Strategic Planning and Capital Management for Swiss Re’s Canadian P&C business. Debbie earned her MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business, a BA in Economics from the University of Western Ontario, and Accounting designation CPA-Ontario (CGA). In her personal time, she enjoys playing golf, proudly cheering on her hockey goalie daughter, and watching NHL games supporting the Toronto Maple Leafs.X

Chief Business Development Officer
With over 30 years of insurance industry experience, Matt leads the Risk & Service Solutions unit. He joined RiverStone in 2015 as Chief Actuary and now leads the Business Development and Services functions of the organization. Prior to RiverStone, Matt was the Chief Actuary for Fairfax affiliate Crum & Forster and was a consulting Actuary for Milliman and Deloitte working on a variety of consulting assignments in the US and Europe. Matt earned a BSc with Honors, in Mathematics and Economics from the University of Bristol and holds FIA, FCAS, FSA, and MAAA actuarial certifications. In his personal time, Matt is a big golf fan (and avid golfer), likes to hit the ski slopes in the winter, and explore new travel destinations with his wife and two children.X

With nearly 45 years of experience in the insurance and reinsurance industries, Nick has served in several roles with RiverStone and its predecessors for over 25 years. Prior to joining RiverStone, Nick was responsible for the claims settlements across all classes of reinsurance business at Lloyd's of London. Before that, he spent over 15 years working with Lloyd's brokers at AHJ Ltd. Nick enjoys traveling and skiing and is an avid fan of Stoke City Football Club (the world's second-oldest and poorest-performing professional football club).X
